At Honeybell Crystals, each piece is selected with care and attention to detail. Please keep in mind that each crystal is naturally unique—variations in shape, texture, and small imperfections are part of their beauty and authenticity. Because of the nature of our items:

All Sales Are Final

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
  • Please read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing. We’re happy to help guide your selection.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Once your order leaves our hands, it is entrusted to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for items that are damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
  • If your package is affected, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. 

Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We’ll assess the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
